In the event that you have to reschedule or cancel your event, please provide us with your cancellation request 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your booking will only receive a 50% refund due to the time spent by our team for planning, creating custom designs, and preparing backdrop for your booking. 

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made 24 hours prior to your booking.

We take your privacy very seriously and ensure that your private information is protected. Your information (email, name, phone number, location for booking) is only shared amongst our team members to ensure a point of contact for your booking.

Your credit card information is never shared and is protected by Shopify according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

The information we collect from you is never shared, sold, or distributed to others without your consent.
